Don't employees of the Commonwealth of Attorney have better things to do than surf the internet on a Friday afternoon?
No sooner do I go to the post office to mail the Open Records Request, than you are freaking out over the fax googling me, checking out blogs on blogger. Is that being professional?
Do you want your IP Address? I know it too.
Let me really give you something to freak out about. I faxed the CC to your least favorite Jon [not Klein] at Dinsmore. He finds it fascinating that the Cabinet cannot assure me of the confidentiality of my records, when I phoned to verify that he received the fax.
Let me put on my prophet hat. Hmmmmmm, I see a hearing in your future Mona in front of Judge Shepherd explaining how the Cabinet records online are not confidential.
Oh, and by the way. Just to remind you. I know there is no Kentucky Revised Statute that allows the Cabinet to create and maintain a child abuser registry. Just think, 83,000 people suing the Cabinet in a class action lawsuit. Wow, can the Cabinet sue you for legal malpractice? Is your malpractice insurance paid up??
Just saying. Oh, and take a screen shot. It lasts longer.
