The Courier Journal is reporting that Jason Nemes introduced a bill in the house to reduce the authority of the Attorney Generals Office as one was also introduced into the Senate.
"HB 281, sponsored by Rep. Jason Nemes, a Louisville Republican, would require more transparency on outside contracts awarded by the attorney general and would cap fees collected by outside lawyers hired to handle litigation." http://www.courier-journal.com/story/news/politics/2017/03/08/andy-beshear-livid-after-bill-introduced-strip-attorney-generals-powers/98881818/
Talk about March Madness.
What was Nemes promised in return for introducing that bill though?
Was Nemes promised protection from criminal prosecution by the Governors Office?
Jason Nemes was the director for the Administrative Office of the Courts under former Chief Justice Joseph Lambert.
It was Jason Nemes giving me the run around when I sought 1st Amendment Redress from Justice Lambert and AOC where the Pike County Clerk was engaging in misconduct.
The Supreme Court does have authority to discipline clerks and subsequently have created a commission to deal with clerk misconduct. Notice that Nemes out and out lied in the letter below. That's a felony by the way peeps.
Again, was Nemes promised protection from the Governors Office from the crimes committed against me by AOC and the Cabinet defrauding the Federal Department of Health and Human Services???
This Nemes letter came out in March 2007. To see more go to my case on PACER in the Eastern District of Kentucky, 13-cv-8 Docket Entry 1, pages 47 through 49.
