Legal Domestic Violence

Attorney Jonah Lee Stevens beats me up but nobody will help me.  Now, if he did it with his fists there would be bruises and maybe, just maybe somebody would do something.  BUT he, an officer of the court uses the legal system to beat me up.  He has been beating me up for over a decade and all the HONORABLE KENTUCKY JUDGES, JUSTICES, and ATTORNEYS just look the other way and ignore it. 

Decide for yourself.  It goes from 2001 to 2013.

In 2001, attorney Jonah Stevens filed a divorce petition for his client Lee Stevens.  The terms "by and through counsel" means that Lee Stevens is represented by an attorney who is a different person.  Otherwise, the proper term who be "Lee Stevens, pro se" meaning Stevens were representing himself.  Okay, a lie?  Do you get it now?  BUT the lie gets worse.

Unambiguously, Jonah Stevens has a different legal signature than Lee Stevens as notarized by Rhonda Little.

 

Lee Stevens doesn't actually exist.  It's attorney "Jonah Lee Stevens", a single person. The notarized signature is a felony fraud that all the Kentucky Supreme Court Justices, the Kentucky Board of Governors, the Kentucky Bar Association, and many other judges and attorneys have been noticed about including Pike County Howard Keith Hall and Pike County Commonwealth Attorney Rick Bartley but NOBODY HAS EVER HELD JONAH LEE STEVENS OR RHONDA LITTLE ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE FELONY AND RULE 11 VIOLATION.

Here's a future note about Rhonda G. Little.  In 2009 and 2010 she is going to be indicted on felonies relating to falsifying information for a credit card and stealing from the Kentucky Supreme Court while being Justice Will T. Scotts court administrator.  So, her credibility is at . . . . . . zero.

BUT the legal abuse didn't stop there.

                                                                           

In 2002, Attorney Jonah Lee Stevens signs an EPO against me, Amy Mischler stating on July 22, 2002 in the future that I was going to commit domestic violence against on August 5, 2002.  All EPO's are supposed be notarized or they cannot be filed.  Was Jonah Lee Stevens lie notarized?  Nope, but it still got filed by the Pike County Circuit Court Clerk.

So are you saying to yourself that this isn't abuse?  Well it most certainly is when the judge uses the EPO to give your children away to Jonah Lee Stevens mother, whose name the Judge didn't even know and the Floyd County judge herself didn't have an order granting her jurisdiction to hold a proceeding in Pike County case.  BUT thats another issue for a different  post.

AGAIN, nobody ever held Attorney Jonah Lee Stevens accountable for filing a false EPO against me that was procedurally defective.  Where is the Kentucky Bar Association?  Missing in action, because apparently people like attorney Jonah Lee Stevens have immunity from being prosecuted for ethical violations by the KBA.

He finally stopped beating me up with frivlous legal filings?  Right?  NOPE.  I was convicted of domestic violence in 2006 for marching in public with a sign, later dismissed by a different judge.  That is case 02-D-00202-003 in Pike County Circuit Court of Kentucky.  Was he held accountable for the malicious frivlous filing against me then, NOPE.

THEN, Attorney Jonah Lee Stevens was the complaining witness in a criminal case against me also in Pike County Circuit Court of Kentucky also in 2006.  This was case 06-F-438.  It was dismissed by the judge, but Attorney Jonah Lee Stevens BFF, Rick Bartley took it to the Pike County Grand Jury anyway.  The Pike County Grand Jury refused to indict me and Rick Bartley refused to allow me to give testimony concerning the crimes that Jonah Lee Stevens committed against me.  Again, ZERO accountability for Attorney Jonah Lee Stevens who is allowed to beat me up with the law.

By now, you should be thinking that this attorney Jonah Lee Stevens is mentally ill.  I mean, who pretends to be two different people in their divorce pleading and only a delusional man would think he could predict domestic violence and that marching in public with a sign is domestic violence.

It's 2013, and MENTALLY ILL ATTORNEY JONAH LEE STEVENS is at his frivolous malicious filing yet again.  This time, he is pretending to be our oldest son Zachary Stevens and suing me and my childhood best friend in Shelby County Circuit  Court supposedly claiming that I kidnapped Zack in 2006.

HOW DO I KNOW ITS ATTORNEY JONAH LEE STEVENS?  There are several reasons, but for my son's privacy the one I am going to share on here is the address and phone number placed in the Complaint is not my son's address and phone number.  It's the phone number and address for Attorney Jonah Lee Stevens at his law office of Hamilton & Stevens.

Look at the second document where Attorney Jonah Lee Stevens pretends to be two different people.  See the address P.O. Box 1286, Pikeville Kentucky 41502 and 606-437-6555?  Now look at the lawsuit Attorney Jonah Lee Stevens filed pretending to be our son, 19 year old senior Zachary Stevens.

Again, will there be accountability for Attorney Jonah Lee Stevens and the law firm of Hamilton & Stevens for frivolous malicious lawsuits pretending to be a 19 year old high school senior??

Domestic violence doesn't end unless the abuser is held accountable.  Abusers like Attorney Jonah Lee Stevens won't stop.  Even though I live many hundreds of miles away from Attorney Jonah Lee Stevens, I am still very much afraid of him.  UNLESS, somebody steps in soon to hold him accountable, I fear for my own life and that of my children.  

Without a doubt, Attorney Jonah Lee Stevens is delusional and mentally ill.  If he wasn't an attorney, some authority would have done something by now to stop him from abusing me.  Legal abuse is domestic violence EVEN IF Kentucky law doesn't recognize it.
