In case you are bored
By regular folks it's called being sold out by your attorney.
Did Kent Wicker have fun representing Eric Conn in the qui tam while my ex husband, Attorney Jonah Lee Stevens was representing co-counsel in the same qui tam?
Did Joseph Lambert have fun representing Eric Conn in the criminal case while my ex husband attorney Jonah Lee Stevens sold out representing co-counsel in the same case to the detriment of his client. The shrink should have made the first plea deal but you know attorneys gotta protect attorneys. [Lambert was co defendant with my ex husband in a law suit I filed- are there only a handful of attorneys in KY, statically speaking how can the same people be involved?]
Now I have wonder to myself, was Kent Wicker controlled opposition in the Eric Grider case? Is that part of why Griders were having so many issues getting a baseless criminal case dismissed???
And, was Kent Wicker controlled opposition originally with Judge Steven Combs? Wicker's mistakes at the JCC proceedings at the beginning just about ruined Judge Combs. Thankfully, Combs took my unsolicited advice on topix and got new legal counsel to replace Wicker.
Now lets talk JCC, the Judicial Conduct Commission in Kentucky. Of course, I disclosed it's issues in my lawsuit where Lambert was a defendant. It's a whitewashing non bid contract entity which for many years was ran out of the basement of a home of the executive secretary. Before the Combs case was ever filed at the JCC; I had already put on public record that the JCC was politically targeting judges.
But the most interesting question I have tonight is how many cases does Judge Van Tatenhove rule in for Kent Wicker clients like Judge Van Tatenhove was ruling for Bevin before I disclosed the conflict of interest that Bevin/Van Tatenhove had?

KY Attorney General USED TAX DOLLARS to get in my private child custody case
Yep, it happened and somebody ought to go tell Andy Beshear about it.
It's case 01-CI-1197.
Hey, if Andy and Stites and Harbison want to settle with me . . .now is the time to do it before I hire process servers.
Guess Allison copied a complaint and sent it to you before they sent them all back to me.
I will remove this post.

Early Morning Cyberbullying
Originally published on 8/6/2017
I take intentional mindful breaks from social media. I think everybody should do this.
So Friday I decided to take a mindful break from Pikeville Topix. It was good timing too as the thread I had been commenting on is blocked. So I didn't start a new thread . . . . I just took a break.
Then low and behold, my cyberstalker couldn't stand it. He had to bring me up in a completely different thread that had nothing to do with me. This was after cyberstalking my blog all night long.
4ish a.m. in the morning and my ex is desperate to interact with me; so he starts cyberbullying on a thread that has nothing to do with me.
See that's the thing with domestic violence. It isn't about the violence . . . it's about the control.
The sad thing is that the Government won't protect me. I have lived with this for almost two decades. Eventually my ex loses in court and the entire world knows what he has done to my children and me. The entire world will know what a monster he is.
What happens then?
He takes a road trip from Pikeville KY to Florida. Shoots me on the doorstep and then himself. The only positive . . . is that the boys are old enough now that maybe he won't kill them first before he takes his road trip.
The feat of the murder-suicide lessened when I moved so far away. But that fear never went away and now its at an all time high.
All I can do is document it and pray.

UPDATED: Cyber Stalking through a Third Party
Oh, by the way Linda, she isn't really your friend if she using you. You understand that right?
Yea, now its a interstate issue involving KY, TN and FL.

Jason Nemes; enabling weasel.
"HB 281, sponsored by Rep. Jason Nemes, a Louisville Republican, would require more transparency on outside contracts awarded by the attorney general and would cap fees collected by outside lawyers hired to handle litigation." http://www.courier-journal.com/story/news/politics/2017/03/08/andy-beshear-livid-after-bill-introduced-strip-attorney-generals-powers/98881818/
Talk about March Madness.
What was Nemes promised in return for introducing that bill though?
Was Nemes promised protection from criminal prosecution by the Governors Office?
Jason Nemes was the director for the Administrative Office of the Courts under former Chief Justice Joseph Lambert.
It was Jason Nemes giving me the run around when I sought 1st Amendment Redress from Justice Lambert and AOC where the Pike County Clerk was engaging in misconduct.
The Supreme Court does have authority to discipline clerks and subsequently have created a commission to deal with clerk misconduct. Notice that Nemes out and out lied in the letter below. That's a felony by the way peeps.
Again, was Nemes promised protection from the Governors Office from the crimes committed against me by AOC and the Cabinet defrauding the Federal Department of Health and Human Services???
This Nemes letter came out in March 2007. To see more go to my case on PACER in the Eastern District of Kentucky, 13-cv-8 Docket Entry 1, pages 47 through 49.

Hey Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals Clerk!
Originally published on 3/1/2017 in response to catching the Federal Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals going to my blog to do legal research.
While you are going through social media about me here are some things you should know.
1) When Paxton changed child custody in a closed domestic violence case: it made me a political Jim Crow person. Meaning, I had no enforceable civil rights. The Courts would just discriminated against me . . . again and again.
2) Don't believe me? Then take judicial notice on the Kentucky Supreme Court website. Go see dockets of 2014-SC-200, 2014-SC-201, 2014-SC-202, and 2014-SC-203.
Almost every other KY SC court case filed in 2014 has been finalized yet my four cases are sitting there and the opposing side hasn't even filed a response . . . just motions for extension for extension of time intentionally not ruled upon.
3) Then go take judicial notice in the Georgia Norther District Federal Court of my in depth petition about how KY is falsely still calling me a child abuser years after I was cleared and neither KY or the Office for Civil Rights for the Department of Health and Human Services won't make KY do anything because I am not in a protected class.
Yea, I disagree with the order issued yesterday. I am writing a motion to reconsider as we speak. {It is called the practice of law . . . and unfortunately I never had the legal mentor most lawyers find out of law school]. You can look it up under my name.
The truth is . . . KY is financially and ethically broken. All the way around. The KY Court system is a joke. The Kentucky Bar Association is so bad that droves of Ohio attorneys are requesting to be removed from the KY bar.
What does KY brokenness mean for the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals? Just more and more KY cases on your docket to fix KY mistakes because KY is in a legal shambles.
I didn't want to be the legal canary in a coal mine. But here I am, AND I HAVE SHOWN FULL PROOF TO YOU GUYS THAT KY Supreme Court isn't even stamping the right date on documents or opening their mail daily. ISN'T THAT UNACCEPTABLE?
So I wasn't always a cray cray pro se informa pauperis litigant.
Below was taken in 1986. I was the lead Alto Sax in the striped sweater. I am in a hurry so I didn't get the pic flipped.

Legal Domestic Violence
Decide for yourself. It goes from 2001 to 2013.
Unambiguously, Jonah Stevens has a different legal signature than Lee Stevens as notarized by Rhonda Little.

SERIOUSLY?! AGAIN?! I am talking to you Ms. Mona!
No sooner do I go to the post office to mail the Open Records Request, than you are freaking out over the fax googling me, checking out blogs on blogger. Is that being professional?
Do you want your IP Address? I know it too.
Let me really give you something to freak out about. I faxed the CC to your least favorite Jon [not Klein] at Dinsmore. He finds it fascinating that the Cabinet cannot assure me of the confidentiality of my records, when I phoned to verify that he received the fax.
Let me put on my prophet hat. Hmmmmmm, I see a hearing in your future Mona in front of Judge Shepherd explaining how the Cabinet records online are not confidential.
Oh, and by the way. Just to remind you. I know there is no Kentucky Revised Statute that allows the Cabinet to create and maintain a child abuser registry. Just think, 83,000 people suing the Cabinet in a class action lawsuit. Wow, can the Cabinet sue you for legal malpractice? Is your malpractice insurance paid up??
Just saying. Oh, and take a screen shot. It lasts longer.

Exhibit 2: Habeas Corpus
Also notice in this agreement that nothing is stated how I put Jonah through law school, nor was I compensated in anyway for supporting the family during that time.

Lambert is Right.
Please note, that in a former posting Attorney General Greg Stumbo stated that he did not have jurisdiction ( http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/3320/3903/1600/AGLetter.jpg )when I requested an investigation of Pike County Attorney, Howard Keith Hall who is a personal friend and campaign contributor of Stumbo.
In response to the open records request, (http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/3320/3903/1600/openrecordrequest.jpg) Graham sent the following letter, scanned and posted online.
Here are the key points.
1) The Prosecutors Advisory Council does have jurisdiction to investigate grievances against prosecutors.
2)Graham, an deputy assistant attorney general with the constitutional duty to enforce open records request, failed to comply with the open records request.
3) Graham, an attorney licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, attempts to use legalese to state that it is the Judges responsibility to investigate corrupt prosecutors.
However, as a member of the Kentucky Bar it is imputed upon Graham that she knows that Judges cannot do an investigation of a party in a proceeding. Such an investigation would violate several of the judicial canons, including "CANON 3: A JUDGE SHALL PERFORM THE DUTIES OF JUDICIAL OFFICE IMPARTIALLY AND DILIGENTLY"(1)
Is Graham requesting that Judge Johnson and Judge Preston violated the judicial canon? And if they did, would the attorney generals office be required to investigate Johnson and Preston under public corruption??
Oh what tangled webs we weave, when once we conspire to deceive.
And, I just love the introductory paragraph where Graham attempts to intimidate me and destroy my credibility from anyone who reads the letter by stating that I am charged with criminal and civil court cases.
If you check out the original open records request you will not read anywhere in it that I requests an investigation. That was an afterthought which I added to a yellow posty attached to the request.
Is this letter just another example of how the Attorney Generals Office is intentionally denying me my First Amendment right under the United States Constitution to redress the Government?1)http://www.sunethics.com/kycodejudconduct.htm
